Nullity of Marriage ("Annulment")
Annulment is when a court order renders your marriage or domestic partnership legally invalid.
Service Description
Your marriage can be annulled if: (1) you or your spouse is already married to someone else (bigamy); (2) you are married to a close blood relative (incest); (3) you were married when you were under 18 years old; (4) your spouse tricked you into marriage (fraud); (5) you did not have mental capacity to marry (unsound mind); (6) you were forced into the marriage (coercion); (7) you or your spouse is physically unable to consummate the marriage; or (8) you or your spouse were still married to someone that was either absent for the last five (5) years or generally thought to be dead.
